CRANKCASETRANSMISSIONCRANKSHAFTBALANCER (After '05) Install the dowel pins and new gasket onto the left crankcaseCoat the oil seal contacting surface of the crankshaft with oilDOWEL PINS
GASKET Install the right crankcase onto the left crankcaseRIGHT CRANKCASE
Apply locking agent to the crankcase bolt threadsInstall the crankcase bolts and washersTighten the bolts in crisscross pattern in or stepsApply oil to the drain bolt threads and seating surfaceInstall new washer and tighten the drain bolt to the specified torqueTORQUE: 22 (2.2 kgf m, 16 Ibfft) Carefully trim the protruding gasket material from the cylinder gasket surface
