RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER INSTALLATION
Install the water joint pipe, new O-ring, dowel pins and new gasket
TRX450R only: Apply grease to the kickstarter spindle oil seal lipApply oil to the kickstarter first idle gear bearing
Install the right crankcase cover while engaging the RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER water pump shaft with the balancer shaftInstall the wire clamp, hose clamp and right crankcase bolts, and tighten the bolts in crisscross pattern in or steps
