FUEL SYSTEM (After '05) Install the jet needle into the throttle valveTighten the needle holder to the specified torqueTORQUE: 2.1 (0.2 kgf-m, 1.5 Ibfft)
Install new O-ring and top cover
Install the wire clamp and boltsTighten the bolts to the specified torqueTORQUE: 2.1 (0.2 kgfm, 1.5 Ibfft) Clamp the throttle position sensor wire and carburetor switch wire at white tape point
