ENGINE IDLE SPEED
NOTE: Inspect and adjust idle speed after all otherengine maintenance items have been performed and are within specifications The engine must be warm for accurate idle speed inspection and adjustment
THROTTLE STOP SCREW
Warm up the engine, shift the transmission into neutral and place the vehicle on level surfaceConnect tachometerCheck the idle speed and adjust by turning the throttle stop screw as required04'05: IDLE SPEED: 1,600 100 rpm After V5: IDLE SPEED: 1,700 100 rpm
