After '05: Insert feeler gauge equivalent to; right exhaust valve clearance0.25 mm (0.010 in), between the adjusting screw and rocker armLoosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting screw until there is slight drag on the feeler gaugeHold the adjusting screw and tighten the lock nutTORQUE: 9.8 (1.0 kgf-m, Ibfft) Recheck the decompressor clearanceCoat new O-ring with oil and install it onto the crankshaft hole capApply grease to the crankshaft hole cap threadsInstall the crankshaft hole cap and tighten itTORQUE: 15 (1.5 kgfm, 11 Ibfft) Install the cylinder head cover (page 11-31)
