FRAMEBODY PANELSEXHAUST SYSTEM Remove the wire band that secured the wire harness and alternator wireDisconnect the ignition coil primary wire, ground wire and ECT sensor wireRemove the throttle cable and main wire harness from the clamps of the heat guard plateTRX450R only:
ALTERNATER WIRE -i WIRE HARNESS j
WIRE BAND HOTSTART CABLE
Remove the hot start cable from the clamp of the heat guard plateRemove the three trim clips and the heat guard plate by releasing the two tabsInstall the heat guard plate in the reverse order of removal
