LlGHTSM ETERSSWITCHES SPEEDOMETERI VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR SYSTEM INSPECTION Check that the hour meter or odometertrip meter function properly .vehicle speed sensor If they do not function, perform the power! ground line inspection (page 21-141 If they function, check the following Remove the right side cover (page 3-5 )Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor 3P (white) con nectorMeasure the voltage between the Blackblue (+) and Green (-) wire terminals at the harness side 3P connectorThere should be battery voltage with the ignition switch ONIf there is no voltage, check for open circuit in related wiresIf there is voltage, check the sensor as follows
