FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING INSTALLATION Insta ll the knuck le onto the drive shaft (F IFE only) and the lower and upper arms with the joint nutsConnect the tie-rod into the knu ckle with new Joint nutTighten eac arm join nut to the spec ifi ed torque and furtlle tighten until th eir grooves align with the ca er pin hole
TORQUE: 29 (3.0 kgfm, 22 Ibfft)
Tighten the tie -rod joint nut
TORQUE: 54 ("5.5 kgfm40 Ibfft)
Install new cotter pinsCoat new ring with grease and nstall it onto the knuckle
Insta ll the brake pa nel onto he knu ck le with new bolts and tighten th em
TORQUE29 Nm (2.9 kgfm, 22 Ibfftl

Coa new a-ring with grease and install it into tile ax le groove
