FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING ASSEMBLY Apply grease to the throttle lever pivot in th housingCoat new dust seal lip with grease and install it into the hous ing until it is ful ly seatedApply grease to the throttle cable end and connect the cable to the throttle armInsert the throttl lever with the washer into the housing and in stall the th rott le arm with til spring over th throttle lever pivot by aligning the flat su rfacesInsta ll new lock washe and the pivot nutTighten the pivot nut and bend up the washer tab against the nutInsta ll the housing cover ith new gasket and ighten the three screws
