ALTERNATORSTARTER CLUTCH Apply grease to the pulley shaft grooveSet the staner rope into the pulley cutout and install the pulley by hooking the spring end on the pulley hook
Preload the staner spring by turning the pulley turns counterclockwise and hold it
Route the rope end through the housing hole while the pulley remains held in placeRoute the rope end through the starter grip and stopper, then tie it in square knot Press the knot in the stopper and install the stopper into the staner grip securely
