Measure at several places and use the largest reading to compare the service limitIf any portion of the oil pump is worn beyond the specified service limits, replace th oil pump as an assemblyInstall the inner and outer rotors into the pump base and pump bodyInstall the pump shaft with the drive pin into he inner rotor and measure rotor tip clearanceSERVICE LIMIT: 0.20 mm (0.008 in)
