SPARK PLUG
Disconnect the spark plug cap and clean around the spark plug baseNOTE
Clean around th spa rk plug base with com pressed air before removing the plug, and be sure that no debris is allowed to enter the com bustion chamberRemove the spark plug
Check th insulator for cracks or damage, and the electrodes fo wear, fouling or disco lora tionReplace th plug if necessary (recommended spark plug: page 2)

Clean the spark plug electrodes with wire type brush or special plug cleaner Check the gap between th center and side elec trades with wiretype feeler gaugeIf necessary, adjust he gap by bending the side elect ro de carefully
