ELECTRICAL STATOR REPLACEMENT
Remov th left cra nkcase cover (p age 16-81, Remove the three bol ts, ire clam and ignit io pulse generatorRemove th th ree socke bo lts, wire rommet and alte rnator stator from he left crankcase cove rInstall he alternator st ato nto the left crankcase cove and tighten the three socke bo ltsTORQUE: 9.8 (1.0 kgf m7 lbf.ft) Install the wire grom met into the left crankcase cover groove properlyInst all the ignition pulse generator and wire clamp and tighten the three boltsTORQUE: Nm kgf m, 3.6 Ibf.ft} 0.5 Install the left crankcase cover (page 16-10)GROM MET
FLYWHEEL REMOVAL
Remove he left crankca se cover (page 1&-8)Ho ld the flywheel using the special tool and loosen the flywhee nut
