Start the engine and wa rm it up to the operating
temperatureStop the ngineRemove he top cover (page 3-4)Disconnect the handlebar switch 4P connectorConnect the voltmeter positive (+) probe to the Black wi re terminal and negative 1-) probe to the Green wire terminal altha wire harness side 4P con -
nectorRestart the engineMeasure the generating voltage when the engine runs at 5,000 rpmThe voIrage will STANDARD: 1316 drops about V
