Apply silicone grease to the parking brake shaft sliding surfacePosition the shaft so that the punch mark is within the reference marks on the base, and thread itScrew the shaft fully and make sure that the punch mark is within the reference marks

Install new boot into the parking brake base and shaft rooves properly
