FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING ASSEMBLY Apply grease to new dust seal lip and install it into the throttle housing Apply grease to the throttle cable end and connect it to he throttle armInstall he return spring onto the throttle armInstall the plastic washer onto the throttle leverApply grease to the throttle lever pivot and ins ert it int the throttle housing and throttle arm
Install new lock washer and the nut, and tighten
the nutBend he lock washer tab against the nut
Install the throttle housing cover with new gasket and tighten the hree screw s
TORQUE: Nrn (0.4 kgfm, 2.9 Ibfft)
Ad just the throttle lever free play (page 4-4)

Loosen the wheel nutsSupport the vehicle using hoi st or equivalent and raise the fron wheels off the groundRemove the wheel nuts and front wheel
