CRANKCASE BEARING
INSPECTION
Remove the crankshaft (page 12-17)Turn the inner race of each crankcase bearing with your fingerThe bearing should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the bearing outer race fits tightly in
the crankcaseReplace any bearing if the inner race does not turn smoothly, quietly or if the outer race fits loosely in the crankcase
LEFT CRANKCASE BEARING REPLACEMENT
Before removing the bearings, heat the crankcase evenly using heat gun
