TROUBLESHOOTING
ENGINE LACKS POWER
Possible cause
1Raise wheel off the ground and spin- Wheel does not spin
Brake dragging Worn or damaged axle or wheel bearings
Wheel spins freely
2Check tire pressure
Pressure low -Faulty tire valve Punctured tire
Pressure normal
3Check for slipping clutch
Engine speed reduced when clutch is
Abnormal- Clutch slipping
Worn dutch discsplates released
4Accelerate lightly- -Engine speed does not increase-Fuelair mixtu re too rich or lean Clogged air cleaner Engine speed increase Restricted fuel flow Ctogged muffler Restricted fuel tank breather hose
