FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Inflate the tire and test the seal by dabbing small amount of cement around the plugEscaping air will cause bubble in the cementIf there is leakage, remove the tire (page 13-10) and apply cold patch to the inside of the tire as describedIf plug has been inserted, trim it even with the inner tire surfaceTemporarily place rubber patch that is at least twice the size of the puncture over the injuryMake mark around the patch, slightly larger than the patch itselfRough the area marked inside the tire with tire buffer or wire brushClean the rubber dust from the buffed areaApply cement over the area marked and allow it to dry until tackyDo not touch the cement with dirty or greasy handsRemove the lining from the patch and center it over the injuryPress the patch against the injury using special roller

Install the tire onto the rim, where the rim shoulder width is the narrowest, simplify installationClean the rim bead seat and flangesApply clean water to the rim flanges, bead seat and baseInstall the valve core in the valve stem Install the tire with the arrow mark facing in the nor mal rotating direction Inflate the tire to seat the tire beadDeflate the tireWait hour and inflate the tire to the specified pressureRECOMMENDED TIRE PRESSURE: Standard: 30 kPa (0.30 kgf cm4.4 Minimum: 26 kPa (0.26 kgfcm 2, 3.8 Maximum: 34 kPa (0.34 kgfcm2, 5.0 With cargo: 30 kPa (0.30 kgfcm2, 4.4
