Remove the mainshah end washer
Disassemble the mainshaft and the countershaft
NOTE: Keep track of the disassembled parts bushings, washers and snap rings) by stacking them on
COUNTERS HAFT
a tool or slipping them onto piece of wire
INSPECTION
Check the gear dogs, dog holes and teeth for damage
