This section covers service of the gearshift linkage, gearshift spindle and reverse st opper shaftThese parts can be removed with the engine installed in the frameRefer to section for front crankcase cover servicing Refer to section 11 for rear crankcase cover servicingThe crankcase must be separated when the transmission, shift drum and shift forks require service (section 12)
