MAINTENANCE
SPARK ARRESTER
Remove the three bolts, then remove the spark arrester and the gasketGASKET
Use brush to remove carbon deposits from the
screen mesh, being careful not to damage the screen
meshThe screen mesh must be free of breaks and holesReplace the spark arrester if necessaryInstall the spark arrester with new gasket and tighten the spark arrester bolts to the specified torque
TORQUE: 12 Nm 11 .2 kgf'mIbUlI
NUTS, BOLTS, FASTENERS
Check that all chassis nuts and bolts are tightened to their correct torque values (page 1-10)
Check that all cotter pins, safety dips, hose clamps
and cable stays are in place and properly secured
