Remove the follow ingrecoil starter cove (page 2-31fuel tank cover (page 2-5)air intake duct (pag 6-10Disconnect the coo lant thermosensor connector and ground the connector terminal (Greel1bluel with jumper wireTurn the ignition switch ON and check the fan motorIf he motor starts, check the coo lan the rmos enso (page 22 12)If the motor does not start, disconnect the engine con trol module (ECM) 34P connector and ground the Greenlblack ire termina in the same manner as at
the thermosensor connectorTurn the ignition switch ON and check the fan motor
