ELECTRIC STARTER Align the index tines on the front cover and motor
caseInstall the set plates and new O-rings onto th motor
case boltsInstall the motor case bo lts and tighten them
INSTALLATION
Coat new O-ring with engine oil and install it into the
starter motor groove Apply molybdenum oi so lution to the starter motor shaft splines
Set the water
pump bypass hose properly (page -
Install the starter oto into th rear crankcase cover ith the two mounting bolts and clamp, and tighten the mounting bol ts securelyInstall the starter motor cable and nut onto the motor terminal and tighten the nut securelyInstall the rubber cap over the starter motor erm inal properly
