ALTERNATOR CHARGING COIL
INSPECTION
Disconnect the alte rnator 5P (w it e) connectorM easure the resistance between the Yellow wire ter minals of he alternator sid connector
STANDARD: 0.1-1 .0 12 0e58"F)
Check fo co nti nuity between each Yellow ire terminal of th alt ern at or side co nnecto and ro und Ther should be no cont inuity
Replace the alternator stator if res istan ce is out of spec if icat io n, or if any ire has co ntin uity rou ndRefe to sect ion 11 fo alternato stat or replacement
