FRONT WHEEL SUSPENSIONSTEERING Slide th boot off the th rott le cable adjusterLoosen the lock nut and ca ble adjust er, Bend down th lock washer tab and rem ove th pivot ut, lock asher, throttle armret urn spri ngth rottle lever and ashe rDisco nnect the th rottle cab le from the hrottle armRem ove the dust seal fr the housing bottom
ASSEMBLY
Coat new dust seal lip with rease and install it into the th rottle housing until it is fully seat edA ppl rease to the throttle lever pivotA pply grease to the throttle cab le nd and co nnect the cable to he hrottle ar mInstall he was her onto the hr ottle leve and insert the lever into he hrottle housingInstall the th rottle arm ith the spring over the throttle lever pivot by aligning the lat surfacesInstall new lock washer and the pivot nutTighten the pivot nut and bend up he washer tab against th nutInstall th thrott le ho using cover wi new gask et and tighten th hree screw sAd just he throttle lever fre play (pa ge 3-4)If the rott le cable was replacedperform the initial setting (pag 236after adjustment the free play
