Check he recoil sta rter sp ing and rep lace it it new one if it is damaged broken
ASSEMBLY
Inst all the spr ing by hooking the ut er end nt the starter housing hook as shown-
Install the starter rope in to the dr ive pulley and tie he rope end in square knotW rap the rope around he drive pulley in cou nt erclockwise irection as viewed fr the rat chet side as
