LU BRICATION SYSTEM
OIL PRESSURE CHECK
Check the oil level and add the recommended oil if necessary (page 3-'0)Also, check the eng ine and oil line for external il leak before checking the oi pressure
Remove the oil gallery sea ling bolt and washer on the teft side of the fr ont cr ankcase cov er
Clean around the seali ng bolt with compre ssed air before rem ov ing the bolt, and be sure that no di rt is allowed to enter the oil galleryConnect an oil pressu re ga uge attachment and gauge to the il gallery holeTOOLS: Pressure gauge Ifor 1.400 rpm Pressure gauge tfor 5,000 rpm)
