MAINTENANCE NOTE: The oi pump adjusts the 011lev el so that th oil in the oil tank is always kept at the proper levelIf this check shows otherwisesome portion of the lubrication system is not working properlyDo not check the oil level immediately after the engine has been operated at high speedsMa ke sure the vehicle is on firm, level ground while idlingA llow the engine to idle for few minutes to stabilize the oil levelTh oil level is correct if the oil is above th stepped end ine of the di pstick
OIL CHANGE
Pour in the engine oil after replacing the oil filte r
(see below)Change the oil with engine warm to assu re co mplete and rapid drainingStart the engine and let it idle for few mi nutesStop the engine and remove he oil fill er capRemove the dra in bolts from the oil tank and crankcase and drain the engine oilAfter drain ing the oil completelyinstall the rain bolts with new sealing washersTORQUE: 25 (2.5 kgfm18 IbHt) Pour he recommended oil (page 3-10into the il tank up to the upper level mark on the di pstic kOIL CAPACITY:
