ELECTRIC STARTER
TROUBLESHOOTING
The starter motor should operate only when the transmission is in neutral with the ignition switch ONStarter motor will not turn Check for blown fuse (15 A)Check that the battery is fully charged and in good condition
Check for loose or poorly connected battery cable, and open circuit in battery cable
Abnormal
Poorly connected battery cable Open circuit in battery cable
Check for loose or poorly connected starter relay switch terminals and connectors
Abnormal
Poorly connected terminals or connectors
Check for loose or poorly connected starter motor cable, and open circuit in starter motor cable
Abnormal
