BATTERY
REMOVALINSTALLATION
Remove the seat (page 2-4)Remove the two trim clipsPull the maintenance lid and release the tabs from the slits to remove itWith the ignition switch OFF, disconnect the negative) cable first, then disconnect the positive) cableRemove the strap from the front side retainerRemove the batteryInstall the battery in the reverse order of removal

NEGATIVE) CABLE
POSITIVE) CABLE STRAP
Connect the positive) cable first, then connect the negative) cableAfter connecting the battery cables, coat the terminals with grease
