FRONT DRIVING MECHANISM (FMFE models) Coat new O-ring with grease and install it into the groove in the pinion gear shaftApply molybdenum disulfide grease to the pinion gear shaft spline and install the pinion joint until the stopper ring seats in the grooveMake sure that the stopper ring is seated properly by pulling on the pinion joint lightlyO-RING
K eep dust and dirt out of the dif erential housing
DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY
Install the face cam into the differential housingPINION JOINT Install the six cam followers (rib) and six followers (flat) into the specified grooves in the housing by two and two as shown
