FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING INSTALLATION Install the bushing ring onto the shaft bushingApply grease to the shaft bushing inner surfaceInstall the shaft bushing onto the steering shaft with the UP'' mark facing upInstall the steering shaft into the shaft bearingBUSHING UP'' MARK

STEERING SHAFT

Install the shaft holders and bolts with the hose clamp on the front holder facing the right sideTighten the holder boltsTORQUE: 32 Nm (3.3 kgfm24 lbfft)

HOLDERS

Apply grease to the end nut threads and seating surfaceApply molybdenum disulfide grease to the steering shaft splineInstall the shaft arm over the steering shaft by aligning the wide tooth with the wide grooveInstall the washer and end nut, and tighten the nut to the specified torqueTORQUE: 108 Nm (11.0 kgfm80 lbfft) Install new cotter pin
