Drive the countershaft and balancer bearings out of the rear crankcaseW ear heavy gloves to avoid burns when handling the heated crankcaseUsing torch to heat the crankcase may cause warpage
Heat the crankcase 80C (176F) evenly using heat gun and remove the shift drum and output shaft bearingsApply engine oil to new bearingsDrive the following bearings in with the marking side facing up using the special toolsTOOLS: Mainshaft bearing: Driver Attachment, 32 35 mm Pilot, 15 mm Countershaft bearing: Driver Attachment, 52 55 mm Pilot, 25 mm Balancer bearing: Driver Attachment, 37 40 mm Pilot, 17 mm
