ENGINE REMOVALINSTALLATION
ENGINE INSTALLATION
Install the engine into the frame in the reverse order of removal
Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the output shaft splineNote the installation direction of the hanger bolts, mounting rubbers (large I.Dside facing in) and dust seals (lips side facing out) and position of the spacers and mounting rubbers
DUST SEALS
Install the lower hanger bolts and nuts with the spacers and mounting rubbers while supporting the engineInstall the upper hanger bolts, nuts and upper hanger bracket with the mounting boltTighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torqueTORQUE: Lower hanger nut: 54 Nm (5.5 kgfm40 lbfft) Upper hanger nut (frame side): 54 Nm (5.5 kgfm40 lbfft) Upper hanger bolt (engine side): 32 Nm (3.3 kgfm24 lbfft) Install the removed parts from engine removal procedure (page 6-2 to 6-4)
