LUBRICATION SYSTEM INSPECTION Measure at several places and use the largest reading to compare the service limitIf any portion of the oil pump is worn beyond the specified service limits, replace the oil pump as an assemblyInstall the inner and outer rotors into the pump base and pump bodyInstall the pump shaft with the drive pin into the inner rotor and measure rotor tip clearanceSERVICE LIMIT: 0.20 mm (0.008 in) Measure the pump body clearanceSERVICE LIMIT: 0.25 mm (0.010 in)
