ALTERNATORSTARTER CLUTCH Remove the nut, seven bolts and the left crankcase cover
Remove the gasket and dowel pinsRemove the starter reduction gear shaft and gear
STATOR REMOVALINSTALLATION
Remove the bolt and wire clampRemove the two ignition pulse generator bolts and wire clampRemove the three stator boltsRemove the wire grommet and statorlignition pulse generator assembly from the left crankcase coverInstall the statorlignition pulse generator assembly onto the left crankcase coverApply sealant to the wire grommet seating surface and install it into the cover groove properlyInstall the stator bolts and tighten them securelyApply locking agent to the ignition pulse generator bolt threadsInstall the wire clamp onto the ignition pulse generator and tighten the two bolts securelyApply locking agent to the wire clamp bolt threadsInstall the wire clamp and tighten the bolt securely
