Turn the inner race of each bearing with your fingerThe bearing should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the bearing outer race fits tightly in the frameRemove and discard the bearing if the race do not turn smoothly and quietly, if it fits loosely in the frame
BEARING REPLACEMENT
Removethe dust seals Removethe snap ringDrive the steering shaft bearing out of the frame
