FRONTWHEElSUSPENsrONSTEERING Apply cement over the area marked and allow it to dryRemove the lining from the patch and center it over the injuryPress the patch against the injury using special rollerNOTE: Allow cement to dry until tacky before applying patch Do not touch the cement with dirty or greasy hands
ASSEMBLY
Install the tire onto the rim, where the rim shoulder width is the narrowest, to simplify installationClean the ri bead seat and flangesApply clean water to the ri flanges, bead seat and base
Use only water as lubricant removing or mounting tiresSoap or some mounting lubricants may leave slippery residue which can cause the tire to shift on the rim and lose air pressure during riding
Front tire: Reartire:

I nstall the valve core in the valve stemInstall the front tire with the arrow mark facing in the normal rotating directionInstall the rear tire with the "OUT SIDE" facing the tire valveI nflate the ti re to seat the ti re beadDeflate the tireWait hour and inflate the tire to the specified pressureCheck for air leaks and install the valve capCOLD TIRE PRESSURE (FrontRear): Standard: 27 kPa (0.275 kgfcm2, 4.0 psi) Minimum: 23 kPa 10.23Skgfcm2, 3.4 psi) Maximum: 31 kPa (0.315 kgfcm4.6 psil
