CRANKCASE SEPARATION
Removethe following:engine (section 6)cylinder head (section 7)cylinderand piston (section8)clutch, gearshift linkage, primary drive gear (section 9)oil pump (section 41flywheel(section 101starter motor (section 18)bolt, tensioner slidercollar and washercamchaincam chain drive sprocket tworight crankcase bolts
Loosen the eleven left crankcase bolts in crisscross pattern in or steps and remove them
