ALTERNATORSTARTER CLUTCH Apply locking agentto the starter clutch boltthreadsInstall the starter clutch assembly onto the flywheel and install the boltsHold the flywheel with the special tool and tighten the bolts

077250040000 or equivalent commercially available in U.S .A
TORQUE: 30 Nm (3.1 kgfm, 22 Ibf.ft)

Install the starter driven gear with the washer while turning it counterclockwiseMake sure that the starter driven gear turns counterclockwise smoothly and does notturn clockwiseInstall the flywheel
