CYLINDERPISTON Apply oil to the cylinder wall, piston and piston ring outer surfacesRoute the cam chain through the cylinder and install the cylinder over the piston while compressing the piston rings with your fingersCAUTION: Be careful not to damage the piston rings and cylinder wall
Apply oil to the 10 mm cylinder bolt threads and seating surfaces and install them with the washersTighten the bolts in crisscross pattern in or stepsTORQUE: 44 Nm 4.5 kgf;m, 33 IbHt) Install the mm cylinder bolts and tighten them securelyInstall the cam chain guide into the cylinder and crankcase, aligning the bosses with the grooves in the cylinderI nstall the cylinder head (section 7)
