LU BRICA TION SYSTEM REMOVALINSTALLATION Drain the engine oil (page3-9)OIL COOLER Disconnect the oil pipes from the oil cooler by removi ng the joi nt bolts and remove the O-rings
Removethe two mounting bolts and the oil coolerRepace the 0rings with new ones and coat them with engine oil
Installation is in the reverse order of removal
OIL TANK Disconnectthe oil tank breathertubeDisconnectthe oil pipes by loosening the flare nutsRemove the tank mounting bolts and the oil tank from the mounting rubberInstallation is in the reverse order of removalTORQUE: Flare nuts: 20 Nm (2.0 kgf'm, 14lbfftl
