BATTERY ICHARGING SYSTEM
ALTERNATOR CHARGING COIL
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the stator coil to make this test
REGULATORRECTIFIER CONNECTOR
INSPECTION
Disconnect the regulatorrectifier 5P connector
REGULATORRECTIFIER
Check the resistance between Yellow terminals5P CONNECTOR
STANDARD: 0.11.0.Q (20'C68'F)
Check for continuity between Yellow terminals and GroundThere should be no continuity
If the read ing is out of specification check the resistance at the alternator connectorDisconnect the alternator 5P (Natural) con nector
