BRAKE SYSTEM Install the boot
BOOT Place the master cylinder on the handlebarInstall the master cylinder holder with the "UP" mark facing upTighten the upper bolt first, then tighten the lower bolt looselyTORQUE: 12 Nm (1.2 kgf.m, Ibfoft Align the end of the master cylinder with the punch mark on the handlebarTighten the lower boltTORQUE: 12 Nm (1.2 kgf'm, 91bfoftl Install the brake hose between the stoppers with the bolt and new sealing washersTORQUE: 34 Nom (3.5 kgf'm, 25Ibfft) Install the brake leverInstall and tighten the pivot boltTORQUE: Nm (0.1 kgf'm, 0.7 Ibfoft) Hold the pivot bolt and tighten the nutTORQUE: Nom (0.6 kgf.m, 4.3 Ibfftl Fill the reservoir to the upper level and bleed the brake system (page 14-3)MASTER CYLINDER
