CLUTCH Assemble the clutch pressure plate, discs, plates and clutch center, and install them in the clutch outerCoat new clutch discs with clean engine oilStack the discs and plates alternatelyNOTE: Be sure the clutch center and pressure plate grooves are properly aligned, or the clutch will not operate properly
PRESSURE PLATE
Install the washer on the mainshaft
Apply oil to the new lock nut threadsInstall new lock nutHold the clutch center using the special tool and four 55 mm boltsTighten the lock nut to the specified torqueTOOLS: Clutch center holder Holder plate
