Disconnect the alternator, ignition pulse generator and gear position switch connectorsDisconnect the speed sensor connector and connector bracket from the frame stay
SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR
GEAR POSITION SWITCH CONNECTOR
ALTERNATORPULSE GENERATOR CONNECTOR
GEAR POSITION SWITCH CONNECTOR
Disconnect the reverse control cable end from the leverDisconnect the oil thermo sensor connector from the sensorRelease the thermo sensor and engine harness wire clamps Remove the wire clamp from the recoil starter cover
