FUEL SYSTEM Pull the carburetor upwardCAUTION:

Do not let dirt and dust enter the engine through the intake port, or the engine may be damagedLoosen the starting enrichment (SE) valve nut and remove the SE valve from the carburetorDisconnect the air vent tube from the heat guard
Remove the carburetor cover screw and the cover
Disconnect the throttle cable end from the throttle drumRemove the throttle cable from the carburetor body by loosening the lock nut and turning the adjusterCAUTION:
