LUBRICATION SYSTEM
OIL COOLER
REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil (page 3-9)Remove the front fender (page 2-5)Remove the socket bolts and oil pipe setting plateDisconnect the oil pipes and remove the O-rings from the front crankcase cover
Release the oil cooler hose clampsRemove the oil cooler bracket mounting bolts and oil cooler assembly
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the bolts, oil cooler hoses and O-rings from the oil cooler
