REMOVAL
When the ignition switch OFF, remove the nega
tive cable Sf the battery before servicing the
starter motorDisconnect the starter cable from the starter motorRemove the two mounting bolts and the starter motor
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the two starter motor case bolts and remove the front cover, motor case and armature coilAecord the number and location of shims for rect assemblyCO -
